A cut-off value of CCN6 (1527.95 pg/mL) was identified to distinguish between T2DM patients and the control group, demonstrating good sensitivity and specificity (86.3% and 73.8%, respectively). The area under the curve was calculated as 0.88 [0.83–0.93 (95% Cl), p < 0.001]
