Table 2 Inclusion and exclusion criteria

(1) Diagnosis of inflammatory bowel diseases

(1) Patients with serious mental illnesses.

(2) At least 18 years of age

(2) Inability to communicate with the research team and adhere to study requirements.

(3) Ability to speak and read Persian

(3) Unwillingness to continue participation.

(4) Ability to use smart devices such as mobile phones and the internet

(5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in research
